Role Description:
The Specialist, Labor Relations Compliance acts as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding labor and employee-related matters, offering guidance on established labor relations policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and assisting with the administration of compliance programs such as workers' compensation, ADA, FMLA, and drug and alcohol testing.
