WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a member of the Texas HR team, the HR Specialist, along with their Manager, acts as an HR Business Partner for General Consultant cohorts in the Dallas office. Additionally, this role provides support for various employee processes and programs related to our consulting staff across all three Texas offices in Austin, Houston and Dallas. The programs are important pieces of Bain's employee value proposition, thus a focus on customer service, attention to detail and strong communication is critical in the execution of these programs. The HR Specialist actively collaborates with the broader Texas HR & Program Management team, Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Operations team, and broader office leadership.
Please note: Bain's offices are operating on a hybrid model. It will be expected during onboarding and training this individual will be in office four days a week. Once trained, determined by the supervisor, the expectation will for our Human Resources team to be in office a minimum of three days a week.

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $61,250- $73,500. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
Annual discretionary performance bonus
This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
