WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
The Human Resources (HR) Specialist partners with the Bay Area Manager and Senior Manager to provide comprehensive HR support for the San Francisco and Silicon Valley Office's and actively collaborates with the broader West Coast Human Resources team. The HR Specialist acts as the primary liaison for our our Associate Consulting Classes and our Summer Intern Program. This includes, partnering our Local Staffing team to manage employee lifecycle, and performance management. Successful implementation of various programs requires strong program management skills, thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, and effective communication with individual employees and Local, Regional and Global administrative teams. In addition to cohort responsibilities, the HR Specialist will continue to run administrative efforts acting as the Global Mobility liaison, and providing onsite support to local team.
Please note: Bain's offices are operating on a hybrid model. It will be expected during onboarding and training this individual will be in office four days a week. Once trained, determined by the supervisor, the expectation will for our Human Resources team to be in office a minimum of three days a week. This role is initially being hired as a temporary position, with the possibility of conversion into a permanent full-time position within the company.

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In California, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $73,000- $87,500. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
Annual discretionary performance bonus
This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
