Speech-Language Pathologist (Anticipated - Part Time)
Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will work with a diverse caseload to develop individualized treatment plans that improve speech, language, voice, and fluency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills.
- Treatment: Develop and implement evidence-based Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient progress and adjust interventions based on data.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure and CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Competence Certification).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy.
