Dallas, TX | Approximately 6-12 hours per week

A second SLP job that doesn’t follow you home.

You already have a full-time job.

A few extra therapy hours can be great. Another caseload to schedule, prepare for, manage, and worry about is not.

At Dallas Reading and Language Services, we designed this position differently.

You come in. Your clients are scheduled. Your therapy materials are ready. You do great therapy, write your notes, and go home.

We manage the caseload. You do the therapy.

Our team handles the work around your therapy schedule, including:

  • Finding and scheduling clients

  • Parent scheduling and attendance communication

  • Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Insurance and authorization changes

  • Replacing clients when schedules change

  • Preparing therapy materials and binders

And because your clients come to our clinic, there is no driving between visits.

If a family cancels, loses insurance, or stops attending, you are not expected to spend your evening fixing the problem.

We handle it.

Your After-School Job

Come in Pick up your prepared materials Do great therapy Write your note Go home

We currently have room for two additional SLPs, with approximately 6-12 after-school hours per week available for each therapist.

This is designed for an SLP who wants meaningful extra income without taking home another caseload.

Compensation

$25 per hour + $15 for each completed therapy visit

You are paid your hourly rate for your scheduled work time, with the visit bonus added for completed sessions.

So your income is not based entirely on whether every family shows up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license

  • Enjoy working with pediatric clients

  • Dependable and able to maintain consistent weekly availability

  • Strong clinical and documentation skills

  • Pediatric experience preferred

Spend Your Extra Hours Being the SLP.

Not the scheduler.
Not the insurance coordinator.
Not the person trying to fill tomorrow’s cancellation.

Come in. Do great therapy. Write your note. Go home.

If that sounds like the kind of second SLP job you have been looking for, apply today.
