    Description

    Position: Speech Language Pathologist

    Salary Range: $44/hr-$55/hr

    Schedule: 35 hours per week, including weekends - open to flexible schedule

    Position Type: Full-Time

    Location: SNF center

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a SNF center. This is a critical need position, and we are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. As a P-Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a positive impact on their lives.

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' speech and language abilities

    - Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on patients' needs and abilities

    - Provide therapy sessions to individuals and groups to improve speech, language, and communication skills

    - Utilize a variety of techniques and tools to help patients with speech and language disorders

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

    - Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and managing speech and language disorders

    - Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and participate in continuing education opportunities

    Requirements:

    - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

    - Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

    - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

    - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a SNF setting

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Flexibility to work weekends and a willingness to adjust schedule as needed
