Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented SpineSales Associate to join our team! As a Spine Sales Associate you will support Spine Sales Representatives in servicing assigned accounts and providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
Support Spine Sales Representatives in servicing assigned accounts and providing exceptional customer support.
Learn the Arthrex Spine product portfolio, surgical procedures, and technologies through hands-on training and continued education.
Assist with operating room case coverage by preparing implants, instruments, and equipment while ensuring products are available and organized.
Develop working relationships with surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, surgical technicians, and hospital staff.
Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, and educational programs alongside senior sales representatives.
Gain proficiency in surgical anatomy, spine procedures, and Arthrex surgical techniques.
Assist with inventory management, product restocking, case planning, and instrument logistics.
Help identify customer needs and communicate solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, product usage, and customer interactions.
Participate in physician education programs, cadaver labs, trade shows, and industry meetings as directed.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, credentialing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing product training.
Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to progress into an independent Spine Sales Representative role.
Assist with territory projects and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required.
1-2 years demonstrated in Sales.
Must be comfortable in the operating room environment.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively relate to a wide range of people and personalities required.
A strong sense of urgency is important.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
