  • Maintain detailed schedules, supporting documentation, and audit-ready records.
  • Reconcile royalty and licensing accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly licensing fee amortization entries and supporting analysis.

Financial Close & Reporting

  • Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to royalties, inventory, dining cost of sales (COGS), and other accruals.
  • Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

SAP Dining & Operational Support

  • Support accounting activities related to SAP Dining operations, including inventory and cost-of-sales analysis.
  • Partner closely with Operations and Finance leadership to provide insights into dining performance and profitability.
  • Assist with the migration and integration of dining locations into SAP while ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity.
  • Support inventory accounting and related financial reporting requirements.

Process Improvement & Business Partnership

  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced controls across accounting workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Legal, Sales, and Business Development teams on royalty agreements, vendor setup, reporting requirements, and new business initiatives.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the modernization of accounting processes through technology and workflow optimization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • 5+ years of public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
  • Strong understanding of accrual accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
