Are you an accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting and a passion for accuracy, compliance, and process improvement? We're partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking an Accountant who can bring strong technical accounting skills and support critical financial operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of accurate reporting, complex reconciliations, and working within a highly regulated environment. You'll have the opportunity to apply your accounting expertise while supporting financial initiatives that directly impact healthcare operations.

In this role, you'll:

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages.
• 
  
• Support SEC reporting activities, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation.
• 
  
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership.
• 
  
• Partner with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• 
  
• Assist with process improvements and strengthen accounting workflows.
• 
  

We're looking for someone who has:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within healthcare or another complex, regulated industry.
• 
  
• Experience supporting financial reporting, SEC filings, or audit processes.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• 
  
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• 
  
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
• 
  

Healthcare accounting experience, public accounting experience, or exposure to 10-K/10-Q reporting is highly valued.
