The ideal candidate will have effective communication and analytical skills, combined with a strong technical accounting background. The skills and job requirements include the following:Proficient accounting knowledgeEffective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate in person and remotely, across multiple locations and time zonesStrong attention to detail and accuracyWorks both autonomously and with a team to complete all tasks with general supervisionCollaborates with the business to deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant accountingResearches issues and proposes corrective actions or transactionsReviews transactions to ensure appropriate accounting treatmentCompletes month‑end close activities to ensure reporting deadlines are metPrepares routine journal entries and general ledger account reconciliationsManages both general and program‑related inventory balancesOversees the accounting for warranties and creates a sub‑ledger to track each obligationSupports internal and external audit requestsPerforms special assignments and ad hoc analyses as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
