Total Base Pay Range

112,000.00 - 208,000.00 USD Annual.

You will work with  

• Business & Commercial Stakeholders: Fleet Sales, Small Fleet, Wholesale, Franchisee, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, and Commercial Operations teams driving growth and customer outcomes. 

• Technology & Digital Stakeholders: bp Digital and Product leadership, Salesforce platform teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Integration, Cloud, and Security teams. 

• Delivery & Engineering: Distributed teams across bp, TA, and strategic partners, including product managers, architects, engineers, business analysts, and program leaders.

Let me tell you about the role 

As a Senior Delivery Manager, B2B Sales, you will lead central initiatives that modernize how bp and TA acquire, lead, price, contract, and grow commercial customers. You will be accountable for delivering transformation programs that improve sales effectiveness, accelerate growth, simplify operations, and enhance customer experience across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. 

Working across Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations, and Technology, you will help define the future state of our B2B commercial ecosystem and translate that vision into executable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. Transformation initiatives may span Salesforce, commercial platforms, data and analytics capabilities, process redesign, operating model evolution, and customer facing digital experiences. 

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with business partners, engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to turn sophisticated supply challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. You will make day-to-day decisions on priorities, delivery quality, budget, and timelines while ensuring outcomes are aligned to bp’s operational, financial, customer, and business goals. You will serve as the join business strategy and delivery execution, aligning customers around priorities, driving informed decisions, and ensuring investments deliver tangible value.   

What you will deliver 

Technology delivery management:

• Supervise the delivery of products, platforms, services, and business capabilities supporting bp and TA's B2B commercial operations. Lead initiatives across Salesforce, pricing and revenue management platforms, AWS and cloud services, customer portals, data and analytics platforms, SAP, enterprise integrations, and related commercial technologies. 

• Create and handle roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and delivery plans across a sophisticated ecosystem of interconnected systems, data, and business processes. Act as the primary liaison between business customers, product teams, architecture, engineering, data, security, and strategic partners to drive successful delivery. 

• Ensure technology investments support business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and the modernization of commercial capabilities across the customer lifecycle. 

• Maintain effective governance, executive visibility, and accountability across multiple teams and initiatives. 

Data-driven decision-making:

• Establish a data-first approach across commercial technology delivery, using analytics, customer insights, operational metrics, and business performance measures to guide product strategy, investment decisions, and delivery priorities. 

• Supervise the performance and adoption of products, platforms, services, and business processes across the B2B commercial ecosystemfinding opportunitieses to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. 

Resource and vendor management:

• Handle internal teams, external suppliers, and technology partners supporting commercial transformation initiatives. 

• Balance capacity across product, engineering, architecture, data, integration, security, and business teams to deliver priorities while maintaining quality, governance, and delivery commitments. 

Financial management:

• Be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and investment tracking across commercial technology initiatives. 

• Supervise financial performance and delivery costs, providing reporting that supports decision-making, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures alignment with business priorities and bp governance. 

What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications) 

• Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience.  

• Experience leading large-scale technology delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives. 

• Experience delivering business-critical technology solutions across Sales, Commercial Operations, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Customer Experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, cloud services, data and analytics platforms, customer portals, and integration technologies. 

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, roadmaps, and delivery plans. 

• Strong proven understanding of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, with experience handling roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and backlogs. 

• Demonstrated AI-first attitude and experience bringing to bear AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, enhance team productivity, and drive better business outcomes. 

• Proven track record to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Integration, Security, Operations, and business functions to deliver sophisticated transformation programs. 

• Experience operating in highly matrixed environments with multiple vendors, partners, and interested parties, while maintaining governance, alignment, and delivery accountability. 

• Strong consulting mindset with a bias for action, continuous improvement focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and solve sophisticated business and technology challenges. 

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, AI Specialist, or Sales Cloud Consultant would be an advantage.
