ABOUT THE ROLE
Client seeks a qualified resource to be responsible for:

Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 11 or higher; Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and MS365.
Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networks; considerable knowledge of Laptop Refresh
Ability to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware, etc.) to remotely connect to workstations.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to perform software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMS
A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and BIOS.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
An openness to learning new technologies.
