Amazon Business (AB) Finance is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the WW Amazon Business Product & Technology organization. This team encompasses engineering, product management, UX/design, and technical program management across all AB verticals, building the core platform that powers B2B commerce globally. You will serve as a finance business partner to senior technology leadership, owning headcount and operating expense (HC/OpEx) planning, investment analysis, and financial reporting for one of Amazon"s fastest-growing technology organizations.

This role requires a Builder who can develop scalable financial models, deliver actionable insights to VP-level leadership, and drive operational rigor in resource allocation. You will partner closely with engineering and product leaders to evaluate technology investment tradeoffs, analyze cost structures across a global workforce, and ensure financial resources are deployed against the highest-impact priorities.

You will work closely with business partners and get exposure to senior leaders, and become a subject matter expert. Key job responsibilities

Own HC and OpEx forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for the WW AB Product & Technology organization, spanning engineering, product, UX, and TPM teams across multiple geographies.

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate technology investment tradeoffs, headcount scenarios, and resource allocation across charters and programs.

Partner directly with senior technology leadership to translate strategic priorities into financial plans, providing analytical insights that inform hiring decisions, contractor spend, and program funding.

Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) with clear, data-driven narratives that explain cost trends, forecast risks, and opportunities to VP-level audiences.

Drive process improvements in financial planning cycles, developing scalable mechanisms for tracking technology costs, workforce productivity, and ROI on engineering investments.

Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, business insights, and recommendations that drive improvements and influence leaders.

Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data-driven analysis and modeling, and presentation of options and alternatives.
