DESCRIPTION
As Sinch continues to expand and deepen our product suite, we are looking for strategic leaders to drive global vertical strategy for our ambitions amongst our vision to pioneer the way the world communicates. Financial Services is a key component of Sinch's revenue, and one of the fastest growing verticals at the company.
This role is focused in North America, commercial strategy and customer facing role that orchestrates the alignment between commercial, product, and operational teams to achieve our commercial ambitions. You will work in partnership with global and regional leadership to see through those ambitions, getting your hands dirty when needed, but ultimately driving scalable strategies that can scale our ambitions across the organization.
The Senior Manager of Financial Services will support the development of the commercial strategy for key regional customers and prospects within their vertical category. Banks, Fintechs, Insurers and all other financial institutions.
The Senior Manager will establish the regional strategy for net new business acquisition, growth of existing customers within their focus area, as well as oversee the enablement of the sales and account management teams. It will own bringing our key commercial offerings to market and aligning Sinch's Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operational, and Product teams to succeed at our commercial ambitions. The work will be instrumental in continuing to drive Sinch's growth and it will play a major role in shaping the future of the company and its offering.

BENEFITS
The annual starting salary for this position ranges $123,200 - $154,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role is eligible for a short-term incentive (STI) bonus subject to individual and/or company performance. This role will be accepting applications until June 1st, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
This role is primarily remote, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration:
