ResponsibilitiesReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet accruals to ensure proper accounting treatmentHelp support broader technical accounting projects as needed, including complex accounting areas and potential M&A‑related workReview share‑based compensation and long‑term incentive plan accountingLead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 direct reportsPartner with other accounting leaders on technical accounting, financial reporting, and operational accounting mattersAssist with process improvement, automation, Alteryx/AI tools, and continuous improvement initiativesWork cross‑functionally with accounting, finance, HR, and other business partnersWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience reviewing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and balance sheet accountsAbility to review proper accounting treatment and think through technical accounting mattersStrong communication, leadership, and team‑oriented mindsetComfortable working in a large, public company environmentExperience with Alteryx, AI tools, automation, or process improvement initiativesTechnical accounting, financial reporting, M&A, or complex accounting experience is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Public accounting backgroundCPA preferred, but not requiredExperience with share‑based compensation, stock comp, RSUs, LTI plans, ASC 718, or IFRS 2IFRS experience preferred, but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
