Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle hiring for mid-level salaried roles that support our manufacturing operations. Your recruiting portfolio will span functions such as Quality Assurance, Food Science, Engineering, and Supply Chain, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse range of teams and business needs.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to shape effective hiring strategies and connect talented people with meaningful opportunities. By building strong relationships and keeping candidates informed and engaged, you'll create an effective, collaborative hiring experience for managers and a thoughtful, engaging experience for candidates from first conversation through offer.

Responsibilities What You'll Do

What you'll do:

• Fill plant-based functional roles with quality talent, using efficient and effective recruiting processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements, share market insights, and set realistic expectations for attracting qualified candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, talent databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, skills, career interests, motivation, and alignment with Marzetti's culture, then communicate findings and recommendations clearly to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates and hiring managers through a timely, well-organized process that delivers a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Recommend process improvements that strengthen efficiency and the candidate experience.

Qualifications What You'll Bring

You will have:

• Experience recruiting within a manufacturing organization, with specific focus on technical roles such as engineering, food science, quality assurance, administrative and other functions.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient use of applicant tracking system, as well LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards for sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You may have:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or other related field
• Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking system

Working Conditions/Environment

Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
