Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Broadcom Clarity Platform Specialist with deep hands-on expertise supporting and enhancing Broadcom Clarity SaaS within a large enterprise environment.
Because Broadcom Clarity expertise is highly specialized, the focus is on finding someone with meaningful, hands-on platform experience who can quickly contribute to administration, configuration, development, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
Key Responsibilities
Support, configure, administer, and enhance the Broadcom Clarity SaaS platform.
Develop and maintain platform configurations, workflows, integrations, scripts, and functionality.
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across the platform.
Support platform integrations and related enterprise systems.
Work with users and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
Partner with developers, testers, administrators, and other technical team members to implement and validate changes.
Help users understand platform functionality and resolve complex issues.
Follow enterprise change-management and development practices when implementing platform enhancements.
Participate in regular team meetings, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity / Clarity PPM.
Experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing within the Clarity platform.
Experience supporting Clarity in a large enterprise environment.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Scripting/development experience, including JavaScript or comparable scripting technologies.
Understanding of integrations and enterprise application environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, testers, users, and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain platform functionality and technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Broadcom Clarity SaaS/cloud environments.
AWS or broader cloud experience.
Experience supporting enterprise integrations.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
Candidate Profile
The priority is genuine Broadcom Clarity expertise. We need someone who has worked directly within the platform and understands how to configure, support, troubleshoot, and enhance itnot simply someone who has used Clarity as an end user.
The ideal candidate is technically strong but also collaborative. This environment requires regular interaction with other team members, testers, and stakeholders, so we are not looking for someone who prefers to operate independently with limited team engagement.
