  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, including tax-aware strategies, estate planning coordination, and portfolio construction
  • Leverage firm-generated referrals while also engaging in selective new business development
  • Work with high-income clients (typically $250k+ household income), including executives, business owners, and senior leaders
  • Support clients through complex planning needs such as liquidity events, equity compensation, and concentrated stock positions

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing advisory role
  • Proven credibility with sophisticated clients and complex planning scenarios
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Motivated by long-term growth, impact, and leadership opportunities
  • Interested in becoming a key contributor to the firm’s future leadership or ownership structure

Why This Role:

  • Warm book of business and consistent internal referrals
  • Clear and realistic path toward partnership or leadership
  • Collaborative, client-first culture with a stable and experienced team
  • Competitive base salary with meaningful upside tied to performance
  • Opportunity to play a long-term, career-defining role within the firm
