Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

Support monthly and quarterly consolidation and close activities
Perform financial analysis and review of consolidated results
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and corporate accounting processes
Account for acquisition, divestiture, treasury, cash, borrowing, and reserve activities
Prepare reconciliations and monitor compliance with accounting policies
Support internal and external audit requests and related documentation

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
CPA designation preferred but not required
Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities preferred
