Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Prepare and maintain books and records for small business clients
• Manage general ledger activity using QuickBooks Online
• Review payroll setup, entries, and accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in client financials
• Use spreadsheets and AI-supported tools to support accounting workflows

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Current, hands-on staff accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits and credits)
• Experience following structured processes and checklists
