Position: Staff Accountant
Location: Boston, MA Hybrid
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + Profit Sharing

The Staff Accountant's Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process client billing and project invoicing
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
• 
  
• Process payroll and support accounts payable and receivable
• 
  
• Assist with cash management and financial reporting
• 
  
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• 
  
• Work closely with leadership on special projects and process improvements
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience in a project-based or professional services environment preferred
• 
  
• Deltek VantagePoint experience highly preferred
• 
  
• Strong Excel and communication skills
