Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable operations and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and focused.

This position is paying $27/hr - $33/hr, depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices (approximately 200 invoices per month)
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances and collections
• Prepare and issue checks; maintain accurate records of disbursements
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Support compliance and vendor documentation as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• QuickBooks Online is required
• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field, is a plus
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
