You'll work hands‑on with the Sage accounting system to keep financial operations accurate and audit‑ready. Your work directly supports the organization's ability to serve its members reliably and stay compliant with state regulations.Responsibilities include:Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records in SageProcessing vendor invoices and executing payment runsReconciling member and customer paymentsMonitoring bank accounts, preparing deposits, and managing Positive Pay transactionsReconciling bank statements and financial accounts for affiliated organizationsReconciling conference, seminar, sponsorship, and exhibit registration paymentsReviewing and resolving credit card payment discrepanciesAdministering unclaimed property processes and coordinating annual state filingsPreparing documentation for audits and regulatory filings with the OCIMaintaining vendor contract files and tracking renewal schedulesTracking grant‑funded and special project financialsNotarizing documents as neededCoordinating recognition gifts and assisting with special projectsRequirements and Qualifications:Associate's degree or higher in accounting or a related field2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceHands‑on experience with AP, AR, and bank reconciliationExperience with accounting softwareStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with financial information#J-18808-Ljbffr
