STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Location: North West San Antonio
Compensation: $75,000 - $78,000

Key Responsibilities for the STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• Prepare account reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and month-end close documentation.
• Record and maintain journal entries and general ledger transactions.
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Support construction job costing and review project expenses for accuracy.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Research accounting discrepancies and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Construction industry or similar experience preferred
• Sage 100 Contractor experience is a plus
