Description
Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Seffner, FL (On-Site)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash activity
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Complete account reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity
- Support month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records within Great Plains
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations is a PLUS
- Solid understanding of debits/credits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
