The Opportunity: Own the Financial Narrative

In this role, you won't just "keep records"—you will be the steward of financial integrity for a fast-paced technology firm. You will play a vital role in ensuring the company's fiscal health and helping leadership make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Excellence: Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing real-time data.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Review financial statements to ensure 100% legal compliance and fiscal precision.
• Record Integrity: Maintain and update vital reports for Profit & Loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets.
• Month-End Mastery: Lead account reconciliations and the month-end close process with speed and accuracy.
• Audit & Reporting: Support internal and external audits and drive high-level financial reporting that shapes the company's future.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2+ years of professional accounting experience (ideally in a corporate or tech environment).

• Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (you should love a good pivot table!).

• Principles: A rock-solid understanding of General Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Mindset: An analytical thinker who takes initiative and thrives in an environment that values continuous learning.
