The Role  

Silicon Labs is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Staff Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders and help drive operational excellence. This role serves as a trusted partner to executives, managing complex schedules, travel, communications, events, and administrative operations in a fast-paced, global environment. 

 

   

Responsibilities   

  • Proactively manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and communications, ensuring priorities are aligned and preparation materials are delivered on time. 

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and team events, including logistics, catering, supplies, and onsite support. 

  • Draft and manage executive communications, response emails, and staff communications as needed. 

  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, employees, customers, and external partners, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion. 

  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa support, and detailed itineraries. 

  • Prepare and submit accurate expense reports, including multicurrency transactions and international travel expenses. 

  • Support departmental operations, including budgets, purchase orders, contracts, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments. 

  • Maintain office and departmental resources, including supplies, equipment, facilities requests, and business services. 

  • Gather and prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and other materials to support executive decision-making. 

 

 

Skills You Will Need  

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative support experience, preferably within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment. 

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines with accuracy and professionalism. 

  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. 

  • Experience coordinating complex travel, meetings, and executive schedules. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

  • Experience supporting budgets, expense reporting, procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships preferred.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $68,600 - $127,400 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
