Intuit's Fintech team is improving the experiences that reduce churn, increase self-service and automation, and shape how customers navigate risk decisions.
You will be responsible for the strategy and execution for Risk-related journeys, including customer communications, the early-tenure customer journey, the accountant experience, and customer case resolution flows.
