Details:
Receive callouts from STNA field staff and reassign patient visits as needed
Ensure that the daily schedule of patients is complete and updated in database. Assist with staffing assignments for new admissions and scheduling as needed/directed by supervisor.
Respond to phone calls from all disciplines, family members and referral sources to assist with concerns or general STNA related questions. Follow up with staff to provide support and education as needed.
Assist with the preparation and facilitation of new-hire orientations for all STNA field staff
Complete weekly reports which will be addressed in a weekly meeting with direct supervisor
Assist in reviewing and exporting all visits in our database, communicating with STNAs in reference to their documentation and timecards and then reporting this information to supervisor weekly.
Qualifications:
Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care
Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership
Eager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education
Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team
Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis
Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
