Job Summary As a Production Steward you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our food and beverage department. Your responsibilities will include handling various cleaning equipment maintaining kitchen equipment and areas and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our culinary facilities.
Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchenware including china glassware silverware flatware pots and pans.
Ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies for restaurant and banquet kitchens.
Operate industrial dishwashing machinery and other cleaning equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas.
Clean and sanitize restaurant tables chairs and surrounding areas.
Perform regular trash removal from all work areas.
Use industrial-strength cleaning chemicals as necessary.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements Capable of lifting and carrying weights ranging from 20 to 75 pounds.
Ability to push and pull carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds.
Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift throughout the shift.
