Job Summary
Responsible for washing all dishes,potsand pans and placing them in the proper location.The Steward overseeschemicalparsrelated to thedish pit and cleanliness of the restaurant and alertshis/her direct supervisor when supplies are low.Clean designated surface areas and empty trash,compostingand recyclingto helpmaintaina safe and clean work area.Assistswith bussing tables and otherduties asassigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS-
This positionisto work evenings,weekendsand holidayswhile in operation,differentvenuesand/or locations.
Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of50 pounds on aconstantbasis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on an occasionalbasis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling,pushingand pulling on aconstantbasis.
Talking and hearing occur continuouslyin the process of communicatingwith guests,supervisorsand other employees.
Some culinary outlets require Intermediate Skiing/ Snowboarding ability in winter season
