Careerscape is recruiting a Strategic Account Executive on behalf of our client, a profitable, founder-led SaaS company that provides secure infrastructure and workflow automation to large enterprise organizations. This is a hybrid hunter-farmer role: you will inherit a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with real expansion potential while also building new-logo pipeline across a defined territory. Compensation is approximately 50/50 base-to-commission split, plus equity, with Austin-based candidates preferred and exceptional remote candidates considered.
Day to day, you are running discovery with IT, security and infrastructure leaders, structuring complex expansion and new-business agreements, and navigating procurement and legal alongside long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will thrive here if you enjoy hunting but also want customers on day one, can talk technical infrastructure fluently with senior executives, and prefer ownership and accountability over waiting on other departments to move a deal forward.

Requirements
A strong record of selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions
