Strategic Pricing Analyst Strategic Pricing Department Summary The Strategic Pricing team plays a critical role in driving the firms profitability by developing innovative pricing solutions and advancing best practices across client engagements. As the team continues to expand we are seeking a high-performing Strategic Pricing Analyst to support increasingly complex client demands and firmwide initiatives. This role will contribute directly to client rate negotiations fee proposal development and the evolution of the firms pricing strategy while partnering closely with attorneys clients and business professionals. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders including attorneys and firm leadership. High level of attention to detail and sound judgment. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Outlook familiarity with SQL is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative client service-oriented mindset. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Support client rate negotiations by developing strategic pricing recommendations aligned with firm profitability goals and client business objectives. Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts through clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Perform quantitative analysis and data- driven modeling to support pricing decisions and broader strategic initiatives. Analyze legal market trends and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform rate- setting strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the Business Committee the firms approval authority for fee proposals to develop and execute pricing solutions. Serve as a key point of coordination for pricing-related requests delivering timely and high-quality service. Draft and refine internal and client-facing communications that are clear concise and persuasive. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the firms pricing frameworks and best practices. Partner with team members to build a broad knowledge base and share insights across the Strategic Pricing function. Pursue ongoing professional development through mentorship training and knowledge - sharing. Qualifications continued Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities Bachelors degree in finance economics or a related field required. Relevant experience in pricing finance consulting or a related analytical role preferred. Status Exempt Reports To Senior Strategic Pricing Manager Workplace Type Remote Salary range of 88000 - 110500 dependent on candidate experience.
