JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Industry Verticals and Workflow Knowledge: Deep understanding of workflows in different verticals and horizontals including pain points
2. Market and competitive analysis: Strong ability to assess market trends, customer needs, competitors, partners, and ecosystem dynamics to identify attractive opportunities.
3. White-space opportunity identification : Skilled at working through ambiguous problem statements, framing the right questions, identifying market white space, and converting unclear opportunities into focused strategic choices.
4. AI and edge computing, and knowledge: Working understanding of AI workloads, edge devices, silicon platforms, enterprise software, and how value is created across the technology stack.
5. Executive communication: Ability to turn complex analysis into crisp, decision-ready recommendations, including clear storytelling, strong slides, and confident senior-level presentation.

Required Education:
Masters's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
Required Years of Experience
6–10 years in top-tier management consulting (MBB/boutique), corporate strategy, or product/market strategy in tech
This role will lead the strategy work needed to identify where agentic AI at the edge can create the most value and where the company has the strongest right to win. The person will translate broad market questions into clear decision frameworks, evaluate vertical and use-case opportunities, size the market, assess the competitive and partner ecosystem, and synthesize the findings into executive-ready recommendations.
What You Will Do
Build a vertical and use-case prioritization framework that compares market attractiveness with right-to-win, then use it to score candidate segments and recommend a defensible shortlist.
Size the opportunity for priority verticals and use cases, including TAM and SAM estimates, with clear assumptions and triangulation across internal and external demand signals.
Conduct competitive and ecosystem analysis across the agentic edge landscape, including silicon providers, platforms, cloud and edge infrastructure players, ISVs, system integrators, and strategic partners.
Develop a business-case skeleton for the priority plays, including value pools, monetization options, rough economics, required investments, and key risks.
Synthesize analysis into a clear recommendation that leadership can use to make strategic choices on where to focus, partner, invest, or deprioritize.
Level of Responsibility:
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Provides supervision to direct reports.
• Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group.
• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
• Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department
• Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
