Student workers in the office help to bring a range of projects forward in collaboration with partners across the university. Tasks range from hands-on monitoring and maintenance of waste reduction initiatives, sustainability initiative documentation and reporting, energy data entry and analysis, campus outreach newsletter and social media, and sustainability education events.

Candidates must be passionate about sustainability and have good communication skills. Previous work experience is desired, though that experience may fall beyond the broad umbrella of sustainability work. Students have enjoyed using the position to apply skill sets in writing, engagement, event planning, social media, graphic design, video production, and research campus sustainability projects.
