POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Developer SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning, your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Configure, develop, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning applications.
  • Design, test, and deploy application enhancements, software updates, and new implementations.
  • Perform application configuration, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Provide advanced technical support and business consultation for Talent Management and Learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, HR business partners, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise HR technology solutions.
  • Lead incident management, prioritize production support requests, and resolve complex application issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support integrations with third-party talent management and learning platforms.
  • Continuously improve application functionality, user experience, and operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Developer SuccessFactors Talent Management & Learning who enjoys solving complex HR technology challenges and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
  • SuccessFactors configuration, implementation, and application support.
  • Enterprise HRIS application development and administration.
  • Application testing, deployment, and release management.
  • Incident management and production support.
  • Stakeholder management and business consulting.
  • Learning and talent platforms such as Perceptyx, Korn Ferry, or similar HR technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Minimum Experience: 5+ years of SuccessFactors Talent Management and Learning application development and support experience.
Type of Position: Full-time Permanent position with benefits.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia or Wayzata, Minnesota.
