Construction Project Manager

Job Description
Manage all onsite construction activities from project startup through completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved. Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate daily construction activities. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements. Maintain a strong focus on site safety and OSHA compliance. Identify potential schedule, quality, and coordination issues and implement solutions. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation. Participate in inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
Previous experience as a Superintendent leading projects in an industrial environment. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and sequencing. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Procore or similar construction software experience is a plus.
