Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects, managing on-site activities and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards in Chicago's varied business services industry.

Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
  • Lead subcontractors and coordinate daily field operations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate inspections and quality control processes.
  • Work closely with project managers, owners, architects, and design teams.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports and progress updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile

Experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors:

    • Office
    • Entertainment

    • Manufacturing
    • Mission Critical / Data Centers
    • Renewables
    • Residential
    • Retail

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Offer
