Superintendent

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a construction project, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and site activities to keep the project moving efficiently. You will be a key leader in the field, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction phase.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize construction processes.

Profile

• Commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with experience delivering healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects
• Strong understanding of hospital, medical office, or healthcare facility construction
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred
