Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description
Lead daily on-site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution. Maintain project schedules through look-ahead planning and trade management. Enforce company safety standards, conduct audits, and oversee site compliance. Manage quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. Serve as the primary field contact for project teams, owners, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
- Demonstrates humility, accountability, leadership, and strong communication skills.
