Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities for a retail renovation and tenant improvement project. Lead subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain project quality. Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants. Drive project schedules and proactively resolve site challenges. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Retail Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent on commercial, retail, multifamily, or mixed-use projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively. Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations. Experience building relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders. Motivated, proactive professional seeking long-term growth opportunities.
