Job Description

The Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Own Self-Perform Operations: Direct and supervise crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Drive Daily Field Success: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
• Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect your team and the jobsite.
• Partner with Leadership: Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Review drawings, plan work sequences, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
• Deliver Quality That Stands Out: Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Concrete Superintendent Applicant will have:

• Proven Field Leadership: 5+ years supervising self-perform crews in commercial or industrial construction, driving productivity and high-quality results.
• Technical Expertise That Makes an Impact: Strong hands-on knowledge of concrete, carpentry, and structural scopes to execute complex projects with precision.
• Safety-First Mindset: Track record of maintaining safe, compliant jobsites while motivating teams to perform at their best.
• Effective Communicator and Problem Solver: Lead crews confidently, resolve challenges proactively, and keep projects on schedule.
• Project-Ready Planner: Skilled at reading drawings, sequencing work, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously to deliver flawless execution.
