Our client is hiring within the building and construction industry in Westhampton.
Job Description
Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the construction process. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays. Review project plans and drawings to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications. Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Construction - Westhampton should have: experience with managing residential projects in the building and construction industry; strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards; excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively; ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications; proven problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges; adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities on-site.
