Job Description
Lead daily on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Drive project schedules, sequencing, logistics planning, quality control, and trade partner productivity. Champion jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with company standards and OSHA requirements. Conduct weekly coordination meetings, provide project updates, and serve as the primary field leader on-site. Oversee project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and turnover while maintaining client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, trade coordination, and construction sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Humble, driven, team-oriented, and motivated to deliver exceptional projects
