Superintendent - Established General Contractor - Raleigh

• Lead all field operations for commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project schedules, quality control, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Drive project performance while ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily site activities and proactively resolve field challenges.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Foster a positive jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
• Support the successful delivery of commercial projects typically ranging from $1M-$10M.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record managing projects in the $1M-$10M range.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering projects from groundbreaking through completion.
• Local market knowledge of the Raleigh/Triangle region is preferred.
