Job Description
Guide all field operations for a 15,000 sq ft retail and tenant improvement renovation project in Columbus. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality standards. Partner with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Drive schedules, solve construction challenges, and maintain project momentum. Create a positive, productive jobsite culture while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Experience leading retail, commercial, multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use construction projects. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain control of the jobsites. Strong understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, safety, and quality management. Excellent relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and trade partners. Proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring teams and taking ownership of project outcomes.
What's on Offer
Salary ranging from USD 110,000 to USD 125,000. 15% bonus + ESOP, monthly vehicle allowance, comprehensive healthcare and, 401(k). Consistent project pipeline with approximately 30 active projects and significant repeat business. Clear career progression into Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent positions.
