Superintendent

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.

A successful Superintendent should have:
- 3-7+ years of Superintendent or construction field leadership experience
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with commercial, educational, municipal, industrial, or public-sector projects
- Detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 130,000 annually.
