Job Details
- Lead and supervise all field construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, field personnel, materials, and inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while identifying and resolving field challenges proactively
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Oversee job site safety, logistics, organization, punch list completion, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and project execution
- Strong understanding of multiple construction trades and field operations
- Ability to manage self-perform work and coordinate diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
