Job Description
- Lead all field operations from preconstruction through project completion
- Manage schedules, manpower planning, budgets, quality, and site safety
- Direct subcontractors and self-perform trades to maintain project progress
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and develop field teams while driving a positive project culture

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Demonstrated success overseeing large-scale K-12, industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare projects
- Ability to lead multiple trades while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Strong commercial construction background with expertise in resolving field challenges proactively
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and coordinate stakeholders
- Positive, accountable leader looking for long-term growth into senior operations leadership
