Known for its training and development programs, this GC has several high-profile hospital projects coming up and is looking for an experienced leader to manage them.Job DescriptionHigher Education Superintendent - Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with owners, project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and field personnel to support successful project execution and delivery.Monitor daily construction progress, workforce productivity, project schedules, quality standards, and site risks, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project milestones and operational goals.Oversee field operations, subcontractor performance, material procurement coordination, inspections, and project closeout activities while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and applicable building codes.Coordinate site logistics and construction sequencing to minimize disruptions to surrounding operations, maintain safe working conditions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality construction projects on schedule and within scope.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
